Cancellation Policy

Please note that a 40% fee will be applied to any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service or no-show. Additionally, in the event that a guest is delayed by 15 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule or explore alternative services to accommodate the time remaining. I kindly ask that all guests refrain from bringing additional personnel to their appointments at this time.
